What is the Minimum Order

Our Door Gift sets are available from a minimum order of 150 sets.

For orders below 150 sets, please contact our team and we can review the request separately.

Can I mix colours?

Yes, colour mixing may be reviewed depending on your order quantity and production requirements.

Please note that each colour has a minimum order of 150 sets per colour. Available colours are in Delima (Red), Sukmaindera (Green) and Mutiara (Cream).

Can I customise the card

Yes, Each Door Gift set includes a custom card that can feature your names, event date, logo and are subject to the approved card format.

The card is designed to slide neatly into the box window while keeping the Heritage Bakwa box presentation refined and consistent.

How long is the lead time?

We recommend enquiring as early as possible to ensure your preferred date is available.

Our production lead time for card customisation is typically 1-2 weeks from final approved artwork confirmation. Shorter timelines may be reviewed depending on quantity, artwork readiness, and availability.

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery can be arranged depending on your location, order quantity, and event requirements.

Please share your delivery location and preferred timing when enquiring so our team can advice accordingly.

When do I need to pay?

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve to confirm your booking and reserve the production slot.

The remaining balance must be paid before collection or delivery. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
